Saraki Didn't Snub IGP Idris At Remembrance Day - Aide Clarifies



A Special Assistant to the President of the Senate, Dr Bukola Saraki has reacted to reports that Saraki refused to shake hands with the outgoing Inspector General of Police, Ibrahim Idris at the Armed Forces Remembrance Day celebration.
 
Mr Olu Onemola, Special Assistant to Saraki on New Media while sharing a photo showing the President of the Senate in a handshake with the IGP, said the report was misrepresented.
 
He wrote: “There is a story going around on several online platforms that the Senate President refused to shake the hand of the former IGP. Please note that the story is false. This picture was taken today”.
