Residents of Ekiti State secretariat were shocked with the body of a civil servant discovered dead within the premises on Wednesday morning.
Although the man found hanging was suspected to have committed suicide, his identity could not be fully revealed as at press time.
A woman said to be close him disclosed that the deceased had recently voiced his frustration arising from debts and financial incapacity.
