Young Man Punished By Officials After Being Caught Dumping Refuse On The Ground

Early this morning, officials of the Cross River state green sheriff caught this young man dumping refuse on the ground. The officials mandated him to clear everything around the bin. This happened at Ediba area of Calabar, the state capital.
