Hon Uche Collins Okoye had earlier talked about addressing the issue of children between the ages of 5 and 12 who are presently out of school due to financial constraints of their parents/guardians.
He also emphasized on facilitating loans and grants to traders and SMEs to boost productivity and high level of financial freedom.
