WAEC Registrar, Dr. Iyi Uwadiae presents President Buhari his school certificate
Nigerians are not convinced after the West Africa Examination Council issued President Muhammadu Buhari a school certificate on Friday.
The handing over was done by Dr Iyi Uwadiae, the Registrar of WAEC.
The news was shared on Twitter by Femi Adesina, Buhari’s Special Adviser on Media and Publicity.
Adesina tweeted, “WAEC presents attestation certificate and confirmation of school cert result to President Buhari. What will the naysayers say next?”
As photos of the certificate presentation at the State House emerged, Nigerians have been reacting to the news, demanding to know why he is just collecting his certificate from WAEC, after he had presented a sworn affidavit to the Independent National Electoral Commission, claiming that his certificate was with the military.

if Apc govt continues beyond 2019, we might not have a country called Nigeria. 2014, Buhari claimed his cert was with the military and they debunked it. Buhari as CoC couldn't get the army to produce his cert if truly his claims then were correct but guess what?
He waited till 2018 to remind us his cert is still with the Army. Nigerians simply ask he orders the army to release it but No; they're here to sell us attestation from WAEC and we're saying INTEGRITY, HOW please
Let's scrutinize the passport on it you'll notice that it's impossible for him to look that old when he wrote his WAEC. This is the height of fraud..

What Nigerians want is compliance with INEC requirements. No one is interested in making mockery of any one.
Asking WAEC for the replacement of a missing certificate is what would have been done all this time, not politicizing the matter.
Exactly. But my Question is this, would you hire someone to work in the villa because he told you his Certificate is with the School or in his Father's grave? Or are you in the villa with affidavits too?
